Return policy
We are anxious about every shopping experience that our customer makes and so we struggle hard to keep up our services at par with your satisfaction level. Before unexpected happening of your unsatisfied online shopping of product, we request you to please understand the process and consciousness you need to undertake before shopping.

a) Your request you to be conscious while ordering products online as it cannot be returned on the following grounds like color, choice, size, wrong model.

b) In case you want to cancel your order placed with us, kindly call us and inform us about the same. We will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been processed.
c) For cancellation of the order before 24 hours, 25 % will be deducted from the price. You cannot return the used products and discounted products; products are to be returned in their original packaging only. After our product is received without any wear or tear and some are passed by our quality control department, then your money will be refunded as soon as possible.
d) If the delivery packages are returned back to them due to the reasons on the part of the customer like house found the locked, wrong or incomplete address or unclaimed or refused the delivery, the customer is subject to pay 150 INR restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by us to send and return back the shipment.
e) In even the product you have ordered is not received in good condition or is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or is different from what you have ordered, we appeal you to kindly report all problems in a single order/package by email within 24 hr of your receipt of product. If the product is not possible to be repaired, we will send a replacement at no shipping charges for you.
f) We request you to kindly return the product within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition. It should not be worn, washed, used or altered items also please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

g)It will take around 6-7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customers bank account.
